Jacob Leonard Hoyle Family History

With the success of the Dred Blalock Family History blog I decided to expand. The current blog format I've made has done such a wonderful job of sharing my family research that I'd like to include the Jacob Leonard Hoyle Family History Blog as well!

This being my material Grandfathers side of the family Jacob is a descendant of Johann Pieter Heyl (1710-1761) who immigrated to the Colonies in 1738.

He was married twice and fathered at least 15 children. So there is some confusion about how the family tree flows.

The first page will be about Jacob with the following 2 pages about each of this wives: Sarah Ann "Jane" Blanton-Hoyle 1839-1878 and Olive Lucinda Crawford-Hoyle 1850-1929. The children will be divided into "The First Family" and the "Second Family".

I'll also be posting a page on the Fontana Dam Project as well the land acquisition for the Great Smoky Mountain National Park as an explanation as to why my family lost their land and migrated back to Gaston County, North Carolina.

Source information along with large high-res photos, documents and files will be available and as with my other blogs if you have any photos or information you'd like to share please feel free to contact be via any of the methods below.

If you'd like to send me a private message please feel free to send an email to: Jacobleonardhoylefamilyhistory@gmail.com.
